Location:
Located on D Street, SW between 7th and 9th Streets NW, near the General Services Administration Building. Before the pandemic, there were three slug lines serving Rt. 610 – Stafford, Horner, and Springfield. An emerging line for Rt. 234 also began forming before the pandemic. Currently, L’Enfant relies on WhatsApp for coordination, but this area — including the Rt. 234 line — may become active again as more people return to the office.
Description:
Three slug lines form near the corner of 7th and D Streets NW, alongside the General Services Administration Building and across from L’Enfant Plaza. The I-395 South entrance is directly across the street from the slug line. The Rt. 610 – Stafford line forms about 20 yards east of the western end of the GSA building near the fire hydrant, followed by the Horner Road line, with the Springfield line forming at the far eastern corner of the building.

Best Hours:
There are no fixed pickup times. The earliest pickups begin at 3:30 PM, with the latest at 5:30 pm.
Drivers:
Drivers approach westbound on D Street SW from 7th Street SW. If no riders are available, the next best option is to head to the Pentagon slug line.
Dropping off:
Drop off slugs at the L’Enfant Plaza Metro entrance.
