Navy Yard

300 M Street SE, Washington, DC 20003

Location:

The slug is located in front of the office building at 300 M Street SE. Look for the tree that marks the designated slug line spot. If you are viewing from the street, the tree will be on your left. If you are exiting the building, it will be on your right as shown on the picture.

Description:

Be aware that many people gather near the building entrance for commuter vans. These are NOT slugs. This can be confusing for new slugs and drivers, so always head directly to the tree to line up.

Navy Yard is a fairly new slug spot that became inactive during the pandemic. With workers now being recalled to the office, there is renewed interest in this slug line. It may take some time for activity to fully pick up again.
