Location:

Downtown DC in the George Washington University area, near OPM, and the State Department, between I Street and Pennsylvania Avenue on 19th Street NW. The pick-up spot is closer to Pennsylvania Avenue, in front of former CVS store (1901 Pennsylvania Avenue). Like the 14th Street stops, it is in close proximity with an OmniRide stop (18th and F Street).

Description:

Line forms front of 1901 Pennsylvania Avenue, front of former CVS store. If you do not stand in the correct spot with a Horner sign, you may be overlooked by drivers.

Woodbridge only

Best Hours:

Between 4:15 PM to 5:00 PM, with some early riders.

Drivers:

Approach southbound on 19th Street as it is a one-way road. If no riders are available, you can try 19th and F Street, then continue to the 14th and Independence. As a last resort, proceed to the Pentagon slug line. You would have to turn left on Constitution Avenue (after crossing E Street NW), turn right onto 14th Street NW.

Dropping off:

Drivers can drop off riders at any agreed-upon points along the route in the mornings.
