Location:

The pickup spot is currently located in front of JEMS Optical near the intersection of 14th & New York Ave. However, due to ongoing construction, on 14th Street, this spot often shifts. As of last week (2/11/2025), the pick up location moved to 14th & G street.

Pro Tip for Drivers: Be prepared for location changes – if no riders are present, continue down 14th Street to check other pickup points.

Description:

This spot originally catered to slugs heading to Bob’s in Springfield, but as that line frizzled out, the Springfield Commuter Garage became its replacement. Today, the Horner Rd lot is the most popular destination from this pickup.

The most active time for pickups is between 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

Drivers:

Drivers approach eastbound on New York Ave from 15th St. toward 14th St. from 15th St. If no riders are available, proceed down 14th St, for alternative pickup spots. As a final option, head to the Pentagon slug line.
